At ONE CENT PER PAGE, the Sun Print Management program is approximately four cents per page below Gartner Research Group's estimate of average print costs for US companies. Working together with customers, Sun Print Management can take over the existing fleet of copiers, printers and Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) and migrate efficiently to a right-sized fleet of right-sized machines. Or Sun Print Management can provide its own machines in place of existing ones immediately. All future toner, supplies and maintenance will be included as part of the penny-per-page Total Laser Care program. Data reports will be generated as agreed for billing, cost-allocation and usage trend analysis. This allows the customer to focus on its core business while Sun Print Management provides the most cost-effective, convenient, flexible print management solution available in the market.
